Sellsius, ShackPrices Adds Text Search Feature.
Hats off to the ShackPrices folks. This is something we had started working on but moved it to the back burner to get the Virtual Earth switch out of the way. Hopefully we can resurrect that project soon because I’d love to be able to search for lofts on Redfin. Until then I’ll use ShackPrices :).

I don’t recommend applications very often but this new service is superb. It is a key phrase tool that has a database of millions of keywords and phrases showing the adwords traffic count per month along with the google competition count as well as other figures.
At a click of a button you’ll find phrases with traffic but no competition and I’ve used it already to get pages and websites to the top of the various search engines, even without backlinks.
