		<description>I think I have a new real estate blogging rule of thumb:

- If you post 0-1 posts a week then you are a slacker and don't really care about blogging.

- If you post 3-6 posts a week (or maybe up to 8 or 9 if they are shorties), you are a motivated blogger, who also has a.) a life and b.) a semi-successful business

- If you post over 10 posts a week you are a.) hopelessly doomed to a life of singleness, b.) probably not selling real estate, or c.) a member of Mensa.</description>
